And one more thing - do you know someone who has told you about TCQ? Be sure to write their name on your order form and they will get a $25 credit for spreading the good word about our services! Long Time Gone Customers (folks who haven’t received an invoice from us since Dec 2020):

We’ve missed you!! Whether you haven’t been quilting lately, have a newfound love of domestic quilting, or found a better fit of a longarmer, we hope you will consider trying us again. So much has changed, improved, and evolved for us since then and we would love to share that with you and your quilts. I’m extending 25% off the longarm quilting services on any quilt you get to us this August. It’s also a great time to head back our way as we are rolling out a program to give $50 credits to customers every time they spend $500 in longarm quilting services and we have a new customer referral program.

Why the cutoff of 2020? We implemented a new customer database and invoicing system in January of 2021 and anyone who isn’t in the database we are considering ‘new’. Head further down the article for all the sale details and a link to our rewards program page.

Recent, Returning, Regular and/or Repeat Customers:

I do not have an immediate discount for you, however we are implementing two pretty killer customer reward systems to thank you for supporting me, my family, and my staff throughout the years.

The first is for spreading the good word about TCQ - for every new customer that lets us know you pointed them in our direction we will apply a $25 credit to your account. With the new customer sale this month it could be a bonanza for our current customers who start spreading the word!

Believe it or not, our second reward program is even better. Starting August 1st, we will be issuing $50 in credit to your account for every $500 you spend in longarming at TCQ!

Sale Details:

Who: Any brand new customer to TCQ as well as any customer who has not received an invoice from us since December of 2020.

Discount Application: A 25% discount will be applied to your longarm quilting services charges. This does not include binding services, batting, return shipping, or other goods and services you may receive from TCQ.

Start of Sale: We will begin applying the discount to any quilts we invoice after August 1st. This will allow quilts that are arriving in mid-late July to be able to take advantage of the sale.

End of Sale: Quilts must arrive in studio, ready for quilting, no later than August 31, 2024.

Discount Code: No code necessary! If you are not in our current system we will know to apply the discount. However, take that blank on the order form as an opportunity to give $25 to one of our current customers who has referred you our way!

Extended Turnaround Times: In anticipation of a flood of orders, we may need longer than our typical 4 weeks to complete some of these projects. We will prioritize the quilts first in order of their arrival, and second in order of any deadlines noted on the order form. If there is no deadline we will assume you are not in a rush and we will get to yours as quickly as we can while accommodating those who may need theirs earlier. This should get everyone their quilts back in a timely fashion while preventing my staff and I from having to quilt 24 hours a day.

Minimum Charges: TCQ has a minimum longarm quilting services charge of $50 for any one item on which you need quilting services. Your discount can bring your longarm quilting cost down to $50, but not below it.

Additional Fine Print: Discounts and special pricing cannot be stacked or combined on any one project. This includes sponsorship and QAL discounts, discounted panto prices, any coupons you have, and anything else that might reduce your pricing.
