Discount Fine Print and Details
Hey, hey! Just a quick post to list some fine print and disclaimers for our discounts and coupons as it seems some of the more thrifty of you like to find the loopholes. :)
TCQ reserves the right to make adjustments to our offers should the situation be outside of regular expectations and situations. This is not to restrain you, but simply to protect ourselves from unanticipated situations that may cause hardship or place unreasonable expectations on our small business. Please CONTACT US should you be worried your project may be outside normal parameters.
Discounts and coupons cannot be combined on any one project, but may be used on different projects sent at the same time. IE: if you send two quilts at the same time one might qualify for an ongoing discount and you could use a coupon for the other.
We do have a $50 minimum charge for the quilting itself on any one project. Your discount or coupon can bring your quilting costs down to this minimum, but not below it.
If a deadline is given for any discount or coupon, it means that the project and all needed supplies must ARRIVE IN STUDIO and be READY TO QUILT by that date.
Discounts typically only apply to the quilting services. Batting, binding, and other goods and services are not eligible unless explicitly noted. Our batting is regularly priced right at wholesale cost so you get the best value everyday. Binding, piecing backings, and additional services are contracted to assistants and to keep their wages fair we do not ask them to take less because of specials we are running.
Exceptions to any of the above points will be explicitly noted with each individual offer.
